There are many ways to discover things to do on Coronado Island, but if this is your first visit, consider taking one of these entertaining tours to get a nice introduction to Coronado.
1. The Hotel Del Coronado The Hotel Del Coronado, a marvel of Victorian architecture, is the island's most priceless jewel.
2. Coronado Ferry Landing It offers a breathtaking view of the San Diego skyline and is situated in one of the most attractive areas on the island.
3. Coronado Beach It's a great location for swimming, tide pools, sunbathing, and seeing the amazing sandcastle creations made by the skilled builders.
4. Kayaking In Coronado, kayaking is a fantastic pastime for a superb aquatic trip and some excellent workout on top of that.
5. Biking It is a true pleasure to bike in Coronado. The island, unlike much of San Diego, is quite level, making beach cruisers ideal for traveling around and touring.
6. Trolley Tours Also, it's the ideal method to take visiting relatives and friends to Coronado and San Diego without having to worry about parking or driving.
7. Golf The Coronado Municipal Golf Course, which was opened in 1957, is perhaps one of the most picturesque on the West Coast.
8. Walking Tour Coronado is a very strollable hamlet. Take a leisurely stroll to get a fresh perspective on the island.
9. Shopping at Orange Avenue One of Coronado's most endearing features is the assortment of tiny boutique stores surrounding Orange Avenue and its lovely side lanes.
10. Parks Centennial Park, which is close to the Coronado Ferry Landing, features lovely flowers, walking routes, seats, and an amazing panorama of the bay and cityscape.
