On the Maharashtra-Gujarat border, Saputara is around 164 kilometres from Surat and about 1000 metres above sea level.
Saputara, which is rich in natural beauty and biodiversity, has a pleasant climate all year and many gardens, parks, and sanctuaries to offer.
Other religious sites in Saputara include the Nageshwar Mahadev Temple, the Jain Temple, and the Swaminarayan Temple.
Trekking enthusiasts will enjoy the hills and forests surrounding Saputara. Rajat Pratap and Tridhara near Dhupgarh are popular trekking destinations.
One of the main attractions is Saputara Lake, which is located in the valley's centre. There are beautiful gardens to see, such as the Step Garden, Rose Garden, and Lake Garden.
The Pushpak Ropeway, a prominent tourist attraction that provides a bird's eye perspective of the surrounding area, is another popular tourist destination.
Saputara is well connected to Maharashtra and Gujarat's adjacent cities. Visitors are served by both public and private buses on a regular basis.
Waghai railway station, about 50 kilometres from Saputara, is the nearest station. Surat Airport is the closest airport to Saputara.
Saputara is a wonderful tourism destination for families because it is less commercialised and still pristine. So you must go here at least once!
